The blue sky above, the endless road below

No more happiness, no more sorrow

Giving up everything I had, for something new

In the hope for a better future, I gave up my blue

Longing to be in love, I tried and tried

Till I gave up and decided to fly

Another day another night,

Feeling the same, try as I might

I know now I’m not afraid

Because when you don’t have anything to lose, you only gain

I didn’t look back, because there was nothing to look

Nothing to remember, no happiness, no truth

I don’t need people, I need myself

And the vast beautiful nature and the future ahead

My guitar to sing, my books to read

That’s all I have, that’s all I need.
